Have you ever caught yourself obsessively checking your vision board, wondering if you’re “doing it wrong”? 

Or maybe you’ve spent hours second-guessing whether that tiny negative thought you had this morning completely derailed your manifestations?

I’ve been there.

I was looking through some old journals last week when I found my manifesting notebooks from about 10 years ago

Page after page was filled with crossed-out affirmations and rewritten goals – each revision an attempt to find the ‘perfect’ words that would finally make my desires manifest 😅

Looking at those journals, I felt compassion for my Past Self… the one who believed successful manifesting was about striving for perfection.

I’m happy to say I’ve come a looooong way since then and here’s what I know now…

When manifesting becomes another source of pressure in your life, it’s no longer serving its purpose.

With traditional manifesting methods it can feel like we need to:

💙 Maintain unwavering positive thoughts 24/7

💚 Never speak a “negative” word

💛 Always be in a high-vibe state

💜 Control every aspect of our manifesting experience 

But here’s what I’ve discovered through my own journey and in my work with clients: 

The Universe doesn’t ask for perfection… 

The Universe asks for authenticity

Think about it this way…

The Universe is all-knowing and all-loving so why would we be expected to push ourselves or pretend to say or do anything that doesn’t feel good to us?

It’s why I teach a (much) gentler way to successfully manifest, where we get to:

🥰 Honor ALL our emotions (yes, even the uncomfortable ones!)

🤩 Trust that we are worthy of receiving all that we desire just as we are

😍 Release the need for rigid control

🥳 Allow our manifesting experience to be a gentle, intuitive process
