I recently received a message from someone who shared how she’d completely given up on manifesting for over 10 years after trying everything she could think of. 

None of the usual methods seemed to work and eventually, she decided manifesting “just wasn’t for her.”

Safety is the crucial step that comes before ANY manifesting tool can work (I call it Step Zero).

Think about it – have you ever tried:

     💙Saying positive affirmations while your heart is racing with anxiety?

     💚Visualizing abundance while feeling deeply unsafe about your finances?

     💜Meditating while your nervous system is in fight-or-flight mode?

But everything changes with Step Zero because it’s about generating safety from within

It’s not just another manifesting technique – it’s the foundation that makes everything flow.

It’s why some days manifesting feels effortless and other days it feels impossible. The difference? Your internal sense of safety.

And this brings me to my exciting news… 🎉

I’m about to revolutionize how I teach the manifesting approach that I’ve laid out in Manifest Anything You Want. 

I’ll be going deep into everything I know about creating successful manifesting results  with repeatable accuracy – it all starts with Step Zero and builds from there (watch this space!!)

But right now, I’d like you to try something:

The next time you work with your favorite manifesting practice, pause and ask: “Do I feel safe right now?” 

Then take 1 Healing Breath of your choice (I like to work with 1 Healing Breath of Laughter 😀) and let yourself return to center so you can reconnect with the safety that lives within.

The more you do this, the more your internal sense of safety becomes your natural state of being and from there, manifesting flows with so much more ease.
